Shipping.
How long does it take?
Each shirt is printed after you order it and usually arrives in about a week. You get a tracking number when it ships.
How much is shipping?
$2.99 flat for the whole order in the U.S., free on 3 or more shirts. We only ship to U.S. addresses for now.
Will it arrive by Christmas?
We’ll post the last day to order for Christmas once our print partner sets its holiday dates. Delivery times are estimates from our print partner and the carrier, not a guarantee.
Returns.
Can I return or exchange a shirt?
Exchange it free. Within 30 days of delivery, email support@twasthenightco.com your order number and what you’d like instead (another size, style, print or design) and we’ll print and send it. One exchange per order, and you keep the first one. Because each shirt is printed just for you, we don’t give refunds for a change of mind.
What if it doesn’t fit?
Same as above: email support@twasthenightco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need, and we’ll send the right one free. You keep the first one.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email support@twasthenightco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace it free or refund you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@twasthenightco.com within 2 hours of ordering and we can change the address, size, style or print, or cancel and refund it, before it goes to print. After that it may already be printing, but write anyway and we’ll do what we can.
Privacy.
What do you collect?
When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details to take the payment. We receive your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered. We never see or store your full card number.
Who do you share it with?
Stripe for the payment, our print partner to print and ship your shirts to your address, and our email service to send our emails. We don’t sell your information.
Do you use cookies or ad tracking?
We don’t use ad tracking or analytics here. The site remembers your cart in your browser, and Stripe’s checkout uses its own cookies to prevent fraud. If we add ad measurement (such as the Meta Pixel or Google’s tag), this page will say so, and how to opt out, first.
Do you email me?
About your order, yes (your receipt and shipping). Our letters and offers only if you sign up for them or tick the box when you pay. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Can I see or delete my information?
Email support@twasthenightco.com and we’ll send you what we have or delete it, except what we must keep for taxes and accounting.
